Oji Paper to acquire Chinese paper plant

Japan's Oji Paper Co.plans to acquire Procter & Gamble's (P&G's) paper product manufacturing plant in Suzhou,China,to boost its operations there.Financial terms were not disclosed.Oji Paper has entered into acontract to produce P&G's Nepia and Tempo brand tissue products.
