摘要

Purpose:To explore Internet customization (IC), website design quality, and Internet marketing strategy (IMS) by using the concept of Internet marketing theory develop build an integrated cause-effect relationship model for website success (WSS).Summary:Businesses, through online discussions in website chat rooms, using multiple channels to collect market intelligence and customer information, and establish a customer-related database; and using it effectively make e-business successful. Providing almost customization and promotions to respond to the needs of the customers is also equally important in internet based business. This study primarily focuses on the effects of internet customization, website design, change of browsers, e-business strategy are the parameters being examined in this study. As far as the development of website design is concerned, companies place most importance on the layout of the website however may be unaware of important trends in the overall Internet market, which will lead to poor results. If businesses can adopt a market orientation and an Internet marketing strategy (IMS), can assist companies in creating value and loyalty with their customers. In summary, IC, website design quality (WDQ), and IMS are concepts that businesses must strive to adopt. This research investigates the impact of WDQ and IMS on an intervening influence between IC and WSS. (47 refs.)
