Green house structures for growing vegetables and flowers

Protected cultivation, or generally called greenhouse technology is the technique of providing favorable environmental or growth conditions to the corp. Greenhouse is a house covered with transparent material under which the crops can be grown in partially or fully controlled climatic conditions. Earlier glass was used as covering material for the green house but with the advancement in plastics the glass was replaced with poly films. The plastic film acts like a selective radiation filter that allows solar radiation to pass through it but traps the thermal radiation emitted by the inside objects to create green house effect.
