Honey helps to regain the lost body energy and hence, is good for players, fanners, labourers etc. It can be used by mixing in cold drinks, as honey-lemon water, in bakery products, milk, tea, ice- cream. Honey is a common ingredient in ayurvedic medicines. Though honey bees augment the crop yields through their cross pollination service but the ignorance of farmers and beekeepers of this fact has made them to feel that only the honey is the chief product and source of income. Actually, the bees benefit us more by the increased crop production through crop pollination.
