Studies on Lophocoleaceae (Hepaticae). XVIII. Stolonivector Engel in New Zealand, including two new species, together with comments on generic endemism of Austral Hepaticae

Stolonivector obtusilobus J.J.Engel and S. clasmatocoleoides J.J.Engel, two new members of the Lophocoleaccae from New Zealand, are described and illustrated. Included is a discussion of affinities of both species with S. fiordlandiae (Hodgs.) J.J.Engel and S. waipouensis J.J.Engel. The Genus has four species, all endemic to New Zealand. The genus has the largest number of species of any of the genera of Hepaticae that are confined to south temperate and subantarctic regions.
