From its humble beginning with one employee, owner and president Dale Brand, repairing farm implements in a 1000 square foot building situated in a cornfield in central Iowa, Co-Line Welding, Inc. has grown to 70 employees, over 125,000 square feet in two buildings, and become a premier contract stamping facility serving the automotive industry, providing full service tool and die work. Co-Line is also a major metal fabricator of nationally distributed sports equipment and its own hardware line, all under ISO9001:2000 certification. This growth is no accident or by chance, however, since a second employee joined the firm, it has been a team effort all the way. That's because few people understand the importance of and can appreciate the concept of teamwork - in both personal and career lives - better than Mr., Brand.
