RESISTANCE TO SPRING FROST OF SEVERAL FRUIT-TREE

摘要

Three stone fruits species (apricot, peach and sweet-cherry) with their tree varieties were studied in order to see the effect of low temperatures from the 1997 spring upon of the crop. A different behaviour of species and varieties studied was observed and attributed to a genetic factor. Among the studied species the most resistent at low temperature were: Dacia - apricot tree, Superba de toamna - peach tree and Van at sweet-cherry tree.
