According to "Chemical Compounds", a new analysis from Pricewa terhouse Coopers (PwC), the chemicals industry deal activity (by number of deals) in fourth-quarter 2010 was up, with a 9 percent rise in announced deals and a 36 percent increase in announced deals with a disclosed value greater than US$ 50 million compared with the third quarter.
