This change has been long overdue but it has finally happened. Being a union contractor now means, "We are one," which includes the customer, the union members and the complete management team. Fortifying this change is the Standard For Excellence program, which was negotiated and agreed upon by the United Association, the Mechanical Contractors Association of America, the Mechanical Service Contractors of America, the Pipe Fabrication Institute, the Plumbing Contractors of America, the Union-Affiliated Contractors and the National Fire Sprinkler Association - on behalf of their signatory contractor members.
