Domestic shipments were flat as thesmall drop in March volume came out ofwelded imports. It is a little unusual to seeimports falling at this time of year but giventhe no-inventory-build order in effect at mostservice centers and the only just recentupward price movement, we are not toosurprised. Also, we do have quite a bit ofaction taking place in the trade case as itmoves to the final determination stage. Italways strikes us as odd when a countrydecides to throw caution to the wind during acase.
