On July 21st the domestic petitioners,named on the front page section of thisReport, filed a less than fair value petitionagainst producers in Korea, Turkey andMexico. They also filed a subsidy petitionagainst producers in Turkey. Allegeddumping margins as put forth by the domesticindustry were Korea = 53.8%, Turkey =102.1-113.7% and Mexcio = 11.9%. Thepreliminary hearing was held August 11 andthe preliminary report will be due to the ITCfrom Commerce on 8/28 in order for a 9/3 ITCvote to take place allowing a report to thepublic of that vote to occur on 9/4/2015.
