The majority of the domestic OCTG industry filed a petition for anti-dumping and countervailing duties in accordance with sections 701 and 731 of The Tariff Act of 1930. The long rumored petition with Korea as the oft-spoken target now includes 9 countries with several different configurations. Good involvement from the domestic industry with only RMSM, OMK NA, Paragon and Texas Steel Conversion not parties to the petition.
