After what was maybe an end of thequarter inventory adjustment, July bouncedback nicely from a volume standpoint. It isalso the midst of the fall ag build out so wecan expect a blip although the news out ofDeere might suggest otherwise. We havealso seen slightly better numbers (we’rebeing generous) out of the constructionmarkets. Our local construction index findsmany projects having indefinite start dates orrunning 6-12 months behind the original startdate. Its money: tax money, and localgovernments don’t have any. Despite thatweakness, we still believe that 3 million tonsfor 2014 is within reach for this productsegment. We won’t be calling it before themid-term election but good shipping monthsboth this month and in September will get thepollsters pretty excited.
