Characterizing site-specific source emissions for EPA's risk assessment tool for the metal finishing industry

This paper describes the development by the EPA/NCEA of asoftware tool to characterize site-specific source emissions as a means ofdetermining risk assessment for workers and local residents in the metal finishingindustry. A companion paper complements these details by showing their overallfit into the risk assessment scheme.
