Litho Supplies broken up and bought out of administration

Consumables supplier Litho Supplies has been bought out of administration by a vehicle owned by turnaround investor Hilco and headed up by former shareholder and group sales director Eddie Williams. Subsidiary business Muro Digital has been sold to a separate party, while negotiations are continuing with regards to another subsidiary, Graphica Plus, which trades as Andersons.
