New Integrity Group Appoints Group FD as it Heads Towards First Acquisition

ICR Integrity Ltd (ICR), the newly formed parent company of Walker Technical Resources Ltd, has appointed a Group Finance Director as it prepares for its first acquisition. Gordon Davidson joins ICR from BIS Industrial Services (UK) Ltd (BIS), where he was Chief Financial Officer for eight years. Gordon has over 20 years' experience in the oil and gas sector in senior financial roles for companies including Weatherford, PGS Atlantic Power and Dresser. He recently gained his Diploma in Company Direction on his way to achieving Chartered Director status with the Institute of Directors.
