Preparation and characterization of oil-solubility NiS nanoparticle catalyst

Nanometer size materials have many special physical and chemical properties which are different from the bulk material or individual molecules,so they have been used in many fields [1-3].Recently the application of nanoparticles in petroleum processing as catalysts or additives has been studied[4].The results of research indicated that the catalytic activity of nanoparticles was higher than that of ordinary catalyst.So it has a deeply meaning to develop new nanoparticles preparation methods and to utilize them in petroleum refining field as catalysts.
