摘要

Supported platinum catalysts have high activities in hydrogenation-dehydrogenation and oxidation processes.These catalysts,however,are easily poisoned by sulfur compounds,such as H2S and organic sulfur-containing molecules.Even a small amount of sulfur in the feeds can saturate the metal surface of catalysts and deactivate them by forming a strong binding between sulfur and the metal.Therefore,how to strengthen the adsorption of hydrogen over S-containing molecules becomes the key for researchers in developing catalysts with high hydrogenation activity and strong sulfur resistance.
