The components of oily sludge from refinery are extremely complex,including,water,oil emulsion and impurities of suspended solids,and the components of oil in this kind of sludge were also complex,including,dispersed oil,emulsified oil,dissolved oil and so on.It's reported that the cost of discharging unprocessed oily sludge is 1000 RMB/t due to it's hard to dehydrate.
