Stora Enso gets permit for mill in Guangxi, China

Stora Enso has acquired permission from local authorities to move on with the civil engineering of an integrated pulp and paper mill in Beihai city, Guangxi autonomous region, China. The P&P mill project was approved by the central Chinese government in June 2013, and was granted construction permits on November 5.
