China’s Sun Paper will collect up to RMB 1 billion ($160 million) via a pri- vate placement to fund a 500,000 tonne/ yr recycled linerboard PM which is un- der construction at a greenfield mill in Zoucheng city, Shandong province. Earlier this month, the firm received approval from the Chinese securities authorities for the issuance.
