Kemei Paper is installing a new 200,000 tonne/yr recycled containerboard machine at its sole mill, in Pingxiang city, in China's eastern province of Jiangxi. The unit, provided by an unnamed domestic supplier, has a trim width of 5.6 m and a design speed of 700 m/min. It will produce high-strength corrugating medium in the basi s weight range of 70-140 g/m~2 after its startup, which is scheduled for May.
