The Environmental Protection Agency is ready to receive electronic versions of reports required under the agency's Stratospheric Ozone Protection Program, according to a March 24 announcement in the Federal Register (73 Fed. Reg. 15,520). Producers, importers, and exporters of Class I and Class II ozone-depleting substances have to submit quarterly reports detailing a wide range of information under regulations at 40 C.F.R. Parts 82.13 and 82.24. The required information includes, for example, the names and quantities of each substance, dates of production and shipment, names of purchasers, countries from which substances are imported, and the sub-stances' intended uses.
