Report finds hudson river damage meets definition of injury under CERCLA

ALBANY,N.Y.-The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation released a report June 21 concluding that polychlorinated biphenyls in the Hudson River have hurt theriver's fishery enough to meet the federal definition of an injury to a natural resource under the Comprehensive Environmental Response,Compensation and Liability Act.
