Hitech Plast acquires Mipak

HITECH Plast Ltd,a manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging said it has acquired a 60 per cent stake in Mipak Polymers Pvt Ltd at a cost of Rs 5.73 crore.The company purchased 8,99,550 equity shares of Mipak amounting to 60 per cent of the paid up equity share capital,thereby making Mipak its subsidiary.
