Prime Colorants expands operations with NFM extrusion technology

PRIME Colorants Inc.,of Franklin Tennessee has selected NFM to supply two new twin screw compounding systems for their color concentrate operation.Prime was looking for ways to lower costs and improve quality by eliminating intermediate processes in the production of some of their custom color concentrates.They were also looking to increase efficiencies,machine uptime,and productivity.NFM's line of high torque,high speed co-rotating twin screw extruders provided the needed solution.NFM based in Massillon,Ohio',is the exclusive licensee of Toshiba Machine Japan for North America,South America and Europe.In addition to the TEM line of twin screw extruders,NFM offers Welding Engineers counter-rotating twin screw extruders,single screw extruders,and rebuild and replacement parts for all makes of extrusion equipment.
