MR. Arne Schulle, currently Managing Director of Baerlocher GmbH and Group CFO, will succeed Mr. Felix Meyer as CEO of the Baerlocher Group of Companies from January 2010. Next to the CEO function, Mr. Schulle will keep responsibility for global finance and operations in Europe, a company press note said. He will remain Managing Director of Baerlocher GmbH, the note added.
