Shopping is evolving, and the stakes for poultry marketers, as for any others, are ever higher, as price transparency and customer ease of access continue to grow. Value, not price will be increasingly key.There's a revolution going on in food retailing that is disrupting the marketing of food, including poultry and meats.In a recent webinar organized by the U.S. nonprofit organization the Food Institute called 'The Revolution of the Digital Marketplace," food retailing experts from the consumer packaged goods and food retailing consultingfirm Willard Bishop explained how the disruptions are impacting the four Ps in food marketing: product, place, promotion and price.
