Washable robots for poultry processing

摘要

Automated systems capable of withstanding constant cleaning can reduce the risk of contamination in food-packaging applications. Automation in the poultry processing plant is taking further steps to address the constant challenge of avoiding contamination. Both at the research level and in commercial practice, the first examples have appeared of a generation of robots that are made to be clean in a food environment.
