Indian Plastics Federation's(IPF) proposed skill development and knowledge centre at Sankrail in Howrah is aimed to mitigate the problem of unavailability of skilled workforce in the state.Currently, the architectural details of the project are in finalisation stage but it is expected to come up in mid-2014.
