This issue.is filled with all AIPMA efforts related to the Ministry of Environment and Forest's Notification dated: 4th February'2011. Followed by the notification to elevate the situation an NGO group filed a suit in the Supreme Court wide writ Petition Civil No. 69 of 2011 demanding ban on all plastic packaging product. Plastic Packaging especially Carry Bags have been targeted for quite some time by Government, Municipalities & NGO's.
