The budget for the year was formally announced by our Finance Minister Mr. Pranab Mukherjee on the 16th of March and a lot has been said about it. Many of our industry experts have agreed to the fact that though this is not a populist one, but perhaps this is what our minister could do at best, given the economic conditions prevailing.
