摘要

Peak rate of Customs Duty for non-agriculture goods is reduced from 15% to 12.5%.Special CVD @ 4% is imposed on all the goods,with a few exceptions.The goods which are wholly exempted from payment of Customs duty and generally the goods which are exempted from payment of VAT are exempted from this levy.Similarly,Crude Petroleum oil,Petrol, diesel,coal,coke,passenger baggage,etc.are exempted from this levy.
