The redesigned mixing tip on the UltraFlow hot runner nozzle is -aid to deliver melt homogeneity and part quality,along with rapid color changes for applications such as closures.The hot runners reportedly mix the melt just before it enters the cavity yielding time,resin,and cost savings.They are also said to improve molecular/filler orientation,for more uniform stress concentrations in parts when compared to traditional tips.
