Ortho-resins saw no delivery problems for the entire month of June. All grades were available, and activity in the market was quiet, the major players told PIE. With the exception of a few speciality epoxy resins and vinyl ester resins, producers did not seek higher prices, and the standard grades simply rolled over. With the summer holidays approaching, demand from the various customer industries relatively constant and feedstock prices falling (the July contract for styrene monomer, for example, was down EUR 99/t), there is not likely to be any major change in the situation.
