Hosokawa Alpine American of Natick,Mass.,is allocating marketing resources to activities that directly benefit their customers.The Blown Film Experts have decided to invest in a commercial size 7-layer blown film extrusion line in their lab facility in Boston, and not exhibit a completely operational blown film line at NPE 2006."We have successfully exhibited production lines in Chicago the past 25 years,but have questioned the real value this provides our customers.We've made the decision to reduce the financial burden of NPE to invest in a permanent lab line in our Boston area facility,"explained David Nunes,president of Hosokawa Alpine American.
