NDRC tells mines to resume output

To help ensure coal supplies, especially in the quake-stricken Sichuan Province, China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has directed that all safety-qualified coal mines should try to increase their coal output and that qualified small coal mines should be cleared by the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety (SACMS) to resume production as soon as possible.
