The price increase in the previous week proved short-lived as bullish sentiment seen in feedstock markets last week faded away. The CFR China purified terephthalic acid marker fell $5/mt week on week to be assessed at $1,016/mt Wednesday, while CFR China monoethylene glycol rose $9/mt over the same period to be assessed at $1,010/mt.
