Spot propylene demand in the US Gulf appeared to be waning this week as the market began to loosen, sources said. RGP values were slightly higher week on week on the back of higher offers. RGP opened the week with February offers at 27 cents/lb MtB pipe while March was heard offered at 26 cents/lb. Offers fell later in the week with March last heard offered at 25 cents/lb MtB pipe.
