Participants were heard positioning for April contract negotiations this week. Following announcements last week by some producers, who nominated Eur100-125/mt ($131- 164/mt) increases for April, the range expanded downward as different producers were heard nominating increases between Eur60-80/mt. Speaking on the nominations heard so far, an NWE producer said: "The higher increase levels nominated by some are justified by margins, but if you look at the supply/demand fundamentals, it's different."
