A buyer in Paraguay said December deal prices with Brazil were at $1,300/mt CIF film and at $1,330/mt CIF blowmolding and injection. Freight cost from Brazil to Paraguay was heard at $70/mt. A Brazilian HDPE producer said January offer prices to Mercosur could be at the same levels for Paraguay, Uruguay and Bolivia but prices had an increase of $100/mt for Argentina.
