Mexico government casts doubt on Sempra LNG project

Within days of a ground-breaking ceremony at Sempra Energy's Energia Costa Azul LNG regasification plant in Baja California,the Mexican state's Congress has launched an inquiry into the project and called for it to be halted in the meantime.
