May 2004 was cooler than a year ago in Europe and Canada,but warmer in Japan,according to data obtained from Accu-Weather Inc and gathered by Platts.A total of 19 cities geographically representative of Europe had 29.3% more heating degree days in days May 2004 than in May 2003.
