A group of US senators led by Chuck Schumer (Democrat-New York) plan to introduce a new Senate resolution this week calling for the Bush administration to release at least 30-mil bbl from the nation's emergency crude stockpile to bring down surging crude and gasoline prices,a spokesman in Schumer's office said May 17.
