Refining and marketing companies in a 45-county area surrounding Atlanta will have to introduce gasoline with a maximum of 30 parts per million sulfur by Sep 16, about three months earlier than expected, due to a state regulatory change adopted Apr 23. The switch is the latest in a series of modificaitons to Atlanta-area gasoline specifications.
