Destin lifts liquids limit on mainline after Pascagoula plant June explosion

Offshore Gulf of Mexico gas production is still down nearly 0.2 Bcf/d from the average prior to the June 27 explosion at the Enterprise Pascagoula Plant on the Gulf Coast of Louisiana, but modifications on Destin Pipeline may lead to increasing flows in the coming weeks. Since the explosion, Destin Pipeline has been flowing offshore production from receipt points along its 24-inch-diameter lateral onto Transco and High Point pipelines via their interconnection with the Viosca Knoll Gathering System.
