China imported 350,000 mt ofunwrought copper and copper products inAugust, flat year on year, preliminary datareleased September 8, the country’s GeneralAdministration of Customs showed.August imports were, however, down2.8% month on month.For the first eight months of the year,imports stood at 3.45 million mt, up 17.4%year on year.
