Punxsutawney Phil, the winter-prognosticating groundhog, had his say on the balance of the winter, and by all accounts the gas bulls are smiling at the six additional weeks of winter he predicted when he saw his shadow. "He was right last year - saw [his] shadow and weather was 10% colder than normal," quipped Tudor Pickering Holt analysts. "Reaching? Maybe ... but 2010 gas bulls will take help anywhere they can get it."
