Dr. C.S. Venkata Ram Memorial Annual Tea Colloquium: 2011

Dr. C.S. Venkata Ram Memorial Annual Tea Colloquium (XXI) was held at Tea Research Institute, Valparai on June 25,2011 to commemorate his birth anniversary. Dr. R Mohan Kumar, Director, UPASI Tea Research Foundation, Tea Research Institute welcomed the juries and addressed the gathering. In his address he remembered the interest of the former director, Dr. C.S. Venkata Ram who was enthusiastic in sharing the knowledge and encourages the young scientist/scholars to face any scientific forum without any inhibition. Besides his research contribution towards the tea industry, he dedicated ample time to improve the excellence of young scientists by conducting weekly seminars.
