摘要

The charophycean algal species Chara aspera was exposed for 73 days to three levels of UV-B radiation (weighted according to Caldwell's generalized plant action spectrum): 1.9 kJ m(-2) day(-1) ('no UV-B'), 6.4 KJ m(-2) day(-1) (ambient) and 10.5 kJ m(-2) day(-1) (enhanced UV-B), the latter level simulating 30% ozone reduction in The Netherlands.
